Logitech G502 is an awesome wired mouse, and the Mx Master 2S is the best mouse I’ve ever had. Both are worth considering. Both have a wheel that can free spin if you want, which is nicer than you might initially think. The master has a lot of cool shit it does, and has shockingly low latency for a wireless mouse.

Razer Deathadders are extremely popular, but just know that Razer peripherals have (or used to have) high failure rates. I had 2 different adders that failed under normal use in about a year before I ended up with the Logitech options I mentioned above. Had both Logitech mice for several years - no issues.

  • You know, this may sound silly, but you just taught me something about myself with just that one word. I have never had the experience of not having privacy. My parents let me close my bedroom door and would not just barge in without knocking. I have never lived with anyone as an adult who would violate my privacy either. I’ve never needed to consider privacy in that way because I have never lacked it. A sort of privilege I had I hadn’t realized until you said that.

  • Other errors people make with fists:

    • Putting the thumb under the fingertips in such a way that impact would push the fingertips into the thumb.

    • Letting the thumb just stick off to the side.

    • Angling the thumb along the arm so that it sticks out in front of the knuckles instead if curling under them.

    • Failing to squeeze the fist on impact or otherwise having a loose first when the impact occurs.

These will all risk harming your hand in some way.

  • There is a lot that goes into the answer to that question.

Some of it has to do with Republicans tending to emphasize election day turnout, while Democrats trend to try to increase turnout by emphasizing the convenience of mail in voting.

Urban areas were also the first to relax the rules for mail in voting, requiring less or no explanation for the absentee vote. Partially this is to combat long lines and congestion that urban areas face at pollng sites that rural communities just don’t have.

People who’ve successfully used the process before are more likely to do so again, and urban areas were there first ones it was easy to do it in. This means there’s a skew from multiple fronts regarding voting habits.

Partisan effects of education, geography, and policy - particularly Trump’s erosion of trust in absentee voting - contribute to a person not trying the absentee process in the first place. It less created than amplified behavior patterns that already existed.
