why does Israel admit to this? the Israelis have reported that the majority of the people they killed are civilians. why are there numbers showing a lie for Hamas?

this is the primary way I interact with my kids teachers, and they’re in public school. we use an app, so the parents don’t have access to the staffs personal phone numbers, so there’s really no response unless the staff member is available to read and respond as part of their job.

I agree. I’ve had problems with this working for a school district, when a student was younger a nickname teachers and students called them was innocent enough, but as they are getting older they find it embarrassing and they have difficulty communicating on top of that, so it was a headache. the adults should stick to preferred names only.

This is why certain jobs are very nice to have. Right now I’m transporting students. Best job I’ve had. There’s no down time. You are either on route or picking up or dropping off. Well you can be early and need to sit for a min, but I think 20min is the longest that’s ever been and that’s a one in a year occurrence of 5+ students canceling, which is not typical. Most days, we’re 5-10 early at the end of a full route simply because no unexpected delays happened. And that just means you sing the ABCs a few times waiting for the school site workers to come out and receive students.

It wasn’t that long ago that school bus manufacturers announced they were no longer going to make gas busses. So this is happening with our without good planning. Working on an electric bus, they present a few problems mostly that running heat or cooling is costly on the batteries and if you have a long route you may simply not run those at all.

It doesn’t work as well on a galactic level because planets tend to be self sufficient on the millions to billions of years scale. But Star Wars always treated the scale as rather small, so it’s not a really good critique anyway.
