Phew! The Xero Dillons offer no grip on a bike pedal when wet

I don’t even really mean this as much of a complaint, since these types of shoes have thin soles and therefore can’t really have a knobby grip pattern on the bottom like other shoes can. We know they have less traction. I’m mainly just posting because it’s quiet in here. :P
So yeah. Just got back from a quick trip to the grocery store in the rain. It was… a little bit of an adventure. Maybe I should get different pedals.

There are bmx/mountain bike pedals with spike-like things. Those might not be amazing for your shoes long term, but offer amazing grip
I have a combi with shimano spd on the other side, used. They are pretty expensive new
I would suggest grippy rubbery pedals with a broad contact surface: I had very worn and small pedals that gave no stability when wet, then I swapped them for these and solved all problems. They are cheap too :)
