Every municipal wants to profit off the housing shortage, and this is the end result. Ford can’t do anything except rezone and getting booted out, or open greenbelt.

Given the price of housing we clearly have systemic issues in Canada, so perhaps its for the best.
The UK is going to need a functional military then it sounds like. Hopefully hes on that.
