Katsura Yamauchi, a sax player based in Oita, Kyushu, is a forceful presence on the music scene inside and outside Japan. Toshimaru Nakamura, who plays the no-input mixing board (using the feedback sounds from inside the mixer), has performed extensively in Japan and internationally, earning high acclaim in Europe and the U.S. This album
documents their duo improvisation in Beppu, Oita, on April 7, 2012. The playing starts quietly, then turns into a super-high-tension session in which the two bombard each other with unexpectedly furious sound. One 30-minute track.

九州の大分を拠点に国内外で勢力的に活動を続けるサックス奏者、山内桂。やはり、国内外で活発に活動し欧米で絶大な評価を得ているノー・インプット・ミキシング奏者 (ミキサー内部のフィードバック音を使った演奏)、中村としまる。このふたりが2012年4月7日に別府市でおこなったデュオによる即興ライヴ演奏。出だしこそ静かだが、いつも以上に互いに激しい音を放ち合う、非常にテンションの高い内容となっている。全1曲30分。
