Apollo EastMan is an electroacoustic project by Dolotov Nikita, an electronic musician, sound producer who combines his love of electronica, ambient, hip-hop and chiptune in his music.
"Seconds: it's quite a tricky word, besides being translated as seconds - it has a rare translation option - Chances.
Seconds was in many ways an audio diary that I kept as a psychotherapist, exploring displaced memories, how childhood experiences affect relationships with people. So in it I mix genres ranging from anti-folk to hip-hop to shoegaze.
The album was written in several DIY studios, so in many ways this album is very much a group effort. In these tracks, I continue to explore the approach from the first album, but develop it more broadly, give it a more acoustic feel, and have guests on the tracks. Enjoy your listening experience."
