New in v1.1.0 — The Thatch Construction Update

Strawvest now includes a complete thatch building set featuring full blocks, stairs, and directional slabs. Create layered roofs, rustic walls, decorative trim, and detailed agricultural buildings while keeping the straw texture aligned with your placement direction.

Strawvest expands wheat and straw into a complete agricultural material system designed to fit naturally into Minecraft.

Harvest mature wheat to collect straw, then turn it into detailed bales, animal bedding, storage pieces, and a complete directional thatch construction set for rustic farms, barns, cottages, and villages.

Harvesting mature wheat produces Wheat Straw, which can be used to create detailed straw bales, flexible half bales, and stacked bale halves. Wheat itself can now be stored in placeable sacks instead of being compressed into a bale.

Compatibility

When Farmer’s Delight is installed, its straw is accepted in Strawvest recipes. Agricrafture’s own Wheat Straw remains available so the mod can function independently as the Agricrafture series expands.
