I've tested it quickly, not extensively and it worked well. @nvlsianpu Could you shed some lights on the testing that has been made ?

The test which is failing is 'Flash - clock and cache test ' - it is failing on master too, so this is not corupted by this patch. |

Thanks for providing the tests results. That flash failure should be tracked, can you create an issue? Provide the output from the test (using verbose setting). |
