Unable to run after server restart. #283
Description
I recently set up a local environment on an Oracle Linux 7.5 server (used ./adop compose init). It seems to work fine until the server is restarted. Issuing a 'docker ps' shows several of the containers stuck in restarting mode. If I run 'docker-compose logs' it shows that apache2 was unable to determine FQHN. I added 'ServerName localhost' to the apache2.conf file as noted on the ldap-ltb issue and then trying to reinitialize the environment. Now it gets stuck showing Jenkins was unavailaed, so slept for: 30 secs Error response from daemon: Cotainer 0c623b93cf762 is restarting wait unthil the container is running.
