Changing Load_Platform job to call a single parent job which calls all the other setup jobs in Platform_Management, hence removing the requirement to update the Jenkins image by updating Load_Platform.
This pull request is dependent on Accenture/adop-platform-management#28 and should not be merged before it and as soon as possible after.
