This is a hotfix version that fix a bug(#227 ) causing - some settings failed to be imported - some settings failed to be exported to backup

Affected settings:

  • Advanced Formats
  • Fetch channel tabs
  • Video tabs
  • Channel tabs
  • Apply filter to
  • Filter keywords
  • Filter channels

Backups created from 5.0-rc or 1.0.0 reset these settings to default. Other settings are not affected.

To keep data consistency, please clear the data first before updating. Sorry for any convenience.

Below is the original release message for 1.0.0.

After careful re-evaluation, we have concluded that version 5.0 is better suited as a standalone app rather than a replacement for 4.7.

Version 5.0 has been renamed to PipePipe X. It will continue using the package name from the beta versions, and future releases and issues will be managed in this new repository.

Data Migration

Please perform a fresh install instead of upgrading directly from the beta versions. PipePipe X supports importing data from PipePipe 4 and NewPipe. If you wish to use a backup from a beta version, please use https://convert.pipepipe.dev/
