I have a GTX 1070, which does not support AV1 (which it even detects by showing FAIL under the hardware test in settings), and I have the codec unchecked in settings under NVIDIA (NVENC), but it still is showing up in the list. I am running in docker on Ubuntu 22.04, and I also have CODEC_AV1_NVENC=false set in the .env file.
