Hi,

improve SDL_Delay() logic
set SDL_WINDOW_ALLOW_HIGHDPI for Retina displays
remove SDL_RENDERER_ACCELERATED and let SDL choose whats best
introduce mApplicationActive to keep background activity low

Wow, thanks! I was not expecting to see more contributions to freegemas. This seems like a nice improvement, though. I'll go over the code.
