Tested and works correctly, eg
http://127.0.0.1:1234/post/100000000gives status 404. However lint fails due to unrelated changes in lemmy-js-client with reason becoming mandatory. So this should only be merged after lemmy-ui is updated for that.LemmyNet/lemmy-js-client#705
