auto">I've tried adding an app manifest for high dpi awareness declaration manually - by creating a file PicView.exe.manifest near the exe with contents:

Looks like this fixes blurriness with default settings.

The app manifest could be either packaged with the release as a standalone file (naming matters, must match resulting exe name with .manifest) or embedded into the exe by adding property below to .csproj (assuming the name is app.manifest:

<PropertyGroup>
  <ApplicationManifest>app.manifest</ApplicationManifest>
</PropertyGroup>

P.S.: I only did a fast test, this looks to be working, but I could've made a mistake. Still hope this is somewhat helpful.
