When the PicView window is maximized, the program seems to incorrectly measure the screen resolution, causing the window to be slightly larger than it should be and pictures to be cut off by a few pixels. This only happens when the window is maximized, not fullscreened.

Additionally, while the odd scaling happens regardless of the number of display attached, on a multi-monitor setup it's actually possible to see the maximized window incorrectly spilling over into other monitors, as seen here.
