This is an API-breaking update!

Most, if not all, of the internal namespaces have been sorted and modified to better fit their functionality. This will lead to the vast majority of implementations requiring changes coming from 1.x versions. Additionally, each of the distinct namespaces now can build as full, separate libraries. These libraries are included here for reference but are not being published alongside the main SabreTools.IO package. That package is not a true meta-package in that it references the others, rather, it is built using the source of all of them directly. A future update will change this but should not cause any further issues.
