When the 'Show a note picker on startup' setting is turned on, launching the app via a shortcut to a specific note opens the note picker. I think this is not logical, since the purpose of a shortcut is to jump to a specific note (i.e. the note to open is chosen from the homescreen, not within the app). Therefore I think that even if the 'Show a note picker on startup' setting is turned on, the note picker shouldn't be opened when launching via a shortcut.
