I added a new column in the index of algorithms for the notebooks. I didn't want to write "Done" like the tests, since it might seem to some students that it is definite and "closed". I added "Included" to indicate students can expand on them. I also added a small section above the index to let people know that they can add more tests/notebook sections even if the item is marked.
