I want a dashboard that surfaces key trends around the environment data sync process
so that I can diagnose issues

What’s Needed

• Build a Grafana dashboard showing
  • job duration for each database
  • job failures for each database
• Developer documentation added to https://docs.publishing.service.gov.uk/manual/govuk-env-sync.html
• Announce availability in #govuk-platform-engineering and #govuk-developers Slack channels (include screenshot + doc link).

Acceptance Criteria

• Everything in What’s Needed is delivered.
• Any changes during delivery are reflected in this story.
• Impacted users have been informed via Slack and the developer change log.
