ANHD-NeuroFabric is an open framework for building synthetic brains — distributed networks of intelligent agents that think, learn, and evolve together. Instead of one giant model, NeuroFabric organizes thousands of specialized “cells” (AI agents) that coordinate like neurons through structured messages, critics, and adaptive memory.

ANHD-NeuroFabric-Cognitive-Framework 🧠

A modular synthetic brain architecture for distributed, emergent intelligence.

🚀 What is this?

ANHD-NeuroFabric is a visionary open research framework exploring how artificial cognition can evolve beyond giant monolithic models.
Instead of one massive AI, it imagines a network of smaller, specialized “cells” — each an agent that cooperates, learns, and adapts like neurons in a synthetic brain.

This is not a commercial product or “perfect algorithm.”
It’s a conceptual playground for building adaptive, low-cost, multi-agent systems that think together.

💡 Core Idea

Intelligence doesn’t come from scale — it comes from structure.

NeuroFabric proposes that cognition can emerge from:

  • Modular AI agents communicating through structured protocols.
  • A coordinator and critic architecture that learns routing efficiency.
  • Memory regions that reinforce successful agent pathways.
  • Cost-aware scaling that mirrors how brains distribute workload.

🌍 Why Open?

This project was born from curiosity and courage — to test whether intelligence can be decentralized.
It’s open so others can contribute, critique, and co-create.
The goal isn’t perfection — it’s evolution through collaboration.

If it doesn’t work perfectly, that’s part of the experiment.
Even failure is data when you’re exploring consciousness at scale.

🧩 How to Contribute

  • Fork this repo and prototype your own “cells” (agents).
  • Experiment with different coordinator/critic logic.
  • Add papers, diagrams, or implementation notes.
  • If you use any part of this framework, credit the author below.

Pull requests and discussions are welcome — especially constructive ones.
