In the 'Running the App in Development` section, the README states:

Alternatively, you can choose to configure your own webserver, such as apache or nginx. Just configure your server to serve the files under the app/ directory.

This is not correct. The seed index.html contains URLs pointing to ../bower_components/.... Therefore, serving app on its own is obviously not sufficient.
