ec2_snapshot test stability issue #119

While the snapshots were created, it looks like the eventual consistency can bite us, resulting in two problems:

1. failed test - the snapshot didn't show up in the _info result
2. snapshot not cleaned up - which in turn resulted in the second try failing.

This has triggered once in the last week, don't think this is a massive issue (yet) but want to keep track of it
