Motivation
When open managed ledger fails, the
entryCacheManager's ml cache will be a closed managed ledger, then if we open this ledger again, it will fail to read becauseorg.apache.bookkeeper.mledger.ManagedLedgerException: LastConfirmedEntry is null when reading ledger xxxexception.Modifications
