As an interim solution to #2444 (which is blocked by gramps-project/gramps#2016 ), allow the Gramps extension to load data from non-Gramps files that Gramps can import. E.g. allow Betty users to specify a GEDCOM file, have Gramps import it, then export it to a Gramps file and load the data into an ancestry from there.
