Links in README are broken

For example, check_for_updates points to https://darktable-org.github.io/luadocs/lua.scripts.manual/scripts/official/check_for_updates, but that's a 404. The correct link is https://github.com/darktable-org/lua-scripts/blob/master/official/check_for_updates.lua. The same is true for all the other links.

The links in the documentation section (https://github.com/darktable-org/lua-scripts/tree/master?tab=readme-ov-file#documentation) are also broken.

As I said somewhere else (pixls.us ?) the README needs lots of love. I just haven't quite figured out what and how to apply that love,

This was written well before scripts_installer and the Lua docs existed, so I think I'm going to trim this down and point to the Lua docs rather than trying to keep two sets of documentation up to date.
