Fail to load if exiftool binary is not present. This may be better than silently (in UI) failing to read dyanmic range data.

Refuse to load fujifilm_dynamic_range if exiftool binary is not present.
The rationale is that this is better than having UI report that fujifilm_dynamic_range has loaded, but having darktable silently fail to read dynamic range data.
