a check to see if the script is started and if so the
power button is updated to show the script is running.

tools/script_manager - Moved start_scripts() later in the script to ensure the UI is populated before starting the scripts. Added a check to see if the script is started and if so the power button is updated to show the script is running.
Fixes #567.
