feat(networks) Add selection of wifi network using autocomplete

Added wifi network selection, which is filtered for 2.4ghz wifi networks.

• Cleaned up imports
• Updated java to 1.8
• Tidy up exception handling

Interested in feedback on this change, not sure how active this project is.

@wolfeidau , App is not displaying Wi-Fi networks scanned by mobile. We are already showing list of Wi-Fi networks scanned by device if device has wifi_scan capability.
