From the above you can see my PR session review.
A comment has been made on my PR by Sunday Benjamin.
Notice that in the below image, i can edit Sunday's comment which is an issue

Then change the comment to:

Then it gets updated:

What changes are you suggesting?

So with my knowledge of facing similar issue which i believe that button should'nt be visible for non creators of the comment.
Just a conditional check will solve the issue.

With the conditional check, i would not be able to edit someone else comment during a PR review
