怎么调整默认的 DEFAULT_COLLATION_NAME

auth.go 里 data[12] = DEFAULT_COLLATION_ID 没有提供自定义的能力

Connect的options ...func(*Conn) 参数，没办法使用 c.SetCharset 因为conn还没初始化，会block
