new conf design — testimonials

Description

I've added a scrollview for testimonials section on conf index page. I didn't have the copy here, so currently we have 3 copies of @saihaj's avatar and placeholder text. We could possibly turn it into social media posts section and add links to posts here.

Disclaimer: This PR includes #2002. I'll rebase after #2002 is merged.

Having "Get a Ticket" and "Registration" in separate areas could be confusing.

I suggest putting the REGISTRATION header above the ticket list/pricing. Below, add the details about the special registration options.

Please remove the "Become a Speaker" and "Become a Sponsor" button under registration. This should informational only in the registration area.

Thanks for the great feedback @mlegrace

We've made changes in design file and @hasparus will implement them soon. We've decided to keep the buttons for the visual consistency of those cards, but now they simply allow you to send an email (mailto).

Also we've changed copy on the left so it's less confusing
