Running `make help` requires you to specify the ARCH=arm64 architecture due to an indendation error in the Makefile.
The `device-tree-compiler` is required when building the QEMU program in Trusty repo.
Update the `vmlinux` load path when debugging Trusty.

Fix some minor errors when building and running Trusty with GDB enabled on QEMU.
Also, updated the README.md to include missing dependencies when building the Trusty's QEMU project.
