Description
I've added a scrollview for testimonials section on conf index page. I didn't have the copy here, so currently we have 3 copies of @saihaj's avatar and placeholder text. We could possibly turn it into social media posts section and add links to posts here.
Disclaimer: This PR includes graphql#2002. I'll rebase after graphql#2002 is merged.
