more intuitive menu changing #78

We have to Press F2 and then arrow up and down to select a new menu item. Next we need to press kenter to actually change to the newly selected menu item/screen, then after that we have to press F2 again in order to be able to scroll up in down in the list of transactions or payments for that screen.

I propose after pressing F2, immediately when pressing the arrow up or down, the menu changes to the next screen. Next, if you press enter, then close the menu selection out, the same as pressing F2 right now.

We can save an entire keystroke and Enter is a much more intuitive selection key to close the menu.

Also, after pressing Enter or F2 to close the menu selection, we should then show somewhere above the table what screen we are on (Channels, transactions, received, etc.).
