more useful channel table column widths

I look at the layout of the channel table and I notice the following:

• Status column is way too wide with lots of wasted space for a boolean field.
• Alias column, I wonder if it really is the most important information to dedicate 26 characters too? Seems like the first 15 characters should be good enough to identify a channel unless you have an extra wide terminal. The Alias is not authoritative, so they are going to actually need to check the full node pubkey to be sure, so I think we should abbreviate the alias to make space for more useful information.
