Note that I have moved the instantiation of Emails class from the construct() method to registerCore() in the Plugin class. Otherwise, I can't register the email subject and heading strings in the Polylang "Strings Translations" table. Now the class Emails is instantiated when "init" is fired, that fired after plugins_loaded.
I hope that the adherence tot he code standard is to your satisfaction.
