- This PR makes all groupIds equals to "org.javaee7".
- It also changed all artifactIds to follow the folder name.
- The source code was formatted according to https://github.com/jboss/ide-config#readme as described at https://github.com/javaee-samples/javaee7-samples#some-coding-principles.
- All Pom.xml elements was placed on well-know order.
- All projects received a pom.xml name like "Java EE 7 Sample: " which makes the mvn command summary to looks nicer.
- Finally added a top level README.md for each spec group that states some lines about the spec and lists the samples names.
