Pending things improvements

This is a follow-up to #120, and fully closes #71.

Description

• Fixed up types, adjusted code styles, and tweaked a few visual styles to be more inline with the rest of the project from Show pending channels #71.
• Shows the pending total up top, with a little icon / tooltip that tells you how much is pending.
• Refreshes channel list on opening of a channel.

Steps to Test

1. Open a channel, confirm you can see it in the channels list.
2. Close a channel from your CLI, refresh joule, and confirm you can see it's closing and that you have pending balance.

Confirmed this. Thanks for adding these features! Then pending tooltip/icon from closing channels is super slick. I'm gonna miss lncli.
