Create walkthrough to introduce users to environment features

Despite having the "azd template" walkthrough, customers should be able to see features of the environment itself:

• Where are my files being saved?
• What is pre-installed for me?
• What is the purpose of /azure?
• How many hours of compute do I have?
• Can I continue where I left off once I close a tab?

I completely agree with these comments. I found myself duplicating resources on Azure when trying to resume work.
