Add Support For App-Specific Server Info

As of right now, we track the same information for servers in every app/game. However, there are apps that obviously provide game-specific information for the server.

For example, on Rust servers, I want to track when it was last wiped. I also would really like to be able to sort by last wiped for example or in Minecraft, server versions.
