Code action to go to the file causing hls to fail

### Feature description

How to reproduce:

- Add a compile error to a library file
- Open a file from another package that depends on the library with the error
- Hls will report an error diagnostic at the top of the moduls

It would be nice to have a code action to navigate to the file causing the error.
Should probably be implemented in hls
