Github Student Developer Pack getting rejected after following all steps

Hi everyone,

Even after verifying all the required steps and providing the required information, my github student developer pack is still rejected. I do not know what is going wrong because the issue is also not mentioned.

The email is a verified college email and the ID provided is also a legit college ID card that clearly shows the institution's full name, my full name and the academic year. I also did the verification process while being physically present in my college, and also provided the location access before clicking the picture.

I have attached the rejection screenshot below.

Instructions on how to complete the verification process would be extremely helpful.

I've been trying to get my documents accepted for a month. I tried EVERYTHING and still nothing works. They don't have ANY support for that and ignored my open ticket, so I believe GitHub is doing a very bad service with this Education Application, selling heaven but giving hell. And if you have a look around this forum, 90% will be about problems getting the documents accepted, especially for non-English documents.
I'm sorry, I don't have the solution. What I'm trying to do is get the conversations about it live to see if someone from GitHub does something.

UPDATE: I got accepted after sending another message (on a different topic) and waiting about 1,5 weeks for a reply.

apparently this verification process is now done by AI rather than a actual person, thus these issues.

I've tried 5 times and made all requested changes but keep getting rejected

It has been accepted. I suspected the rejection was due to incorrect information about my school in my ID (some of the dates were barely visible and also the location mismatch). I opened a ticket and they said to try again. I tried again and it worked.

Did you have to do it from the college campus location for it to also work?
