Description
Was somewhat surprised to find out that despite extensive conditional support for access restrictions, OsmAnd routing doesn't seem to be taking into account conditional turn restrictions? Eg

type=restriction
restriction:conditional = only_right_turn @ (Mo-Fr 07:00-20:00; PH off)

Would it be possible to add support for this?
