Changes proposed in this pull request:

  • Remove pgr prefix from C/C++/SQL files
    • Example: src/trsp/pgr_trspHandler.cpp → src/trsp/trspHandler.cpp
  • Adjust guards and filename on license
  • Adjust build
  • Adjust the #include to the new names
  • Remove unused code
    • Files not used
    • Code wrapped with #if 0 .... #endif
  • Fix warnings catched with clang-tidy
