This enables the Rust client by default, forcing users to explicitly use the legacy client if they need to. There's also a warning explaining that the legacy client will be removed in the future, and that users should reach out to us if they feel the need to use the legacy client.
Further, this removes
@ExperimentalPowerSyncAPIfrom a few methods that we've had for a few months now. They're not really experimental anymore, so I think we can commit to properly supporting them.
