Create new trigger: User's role changed

The request: "My goal is to set the custom post status to draft if the post author's role changes to a certain role"

For which users?

• User IDs
• Users of specific roles
• Authors of posts - post query (post type, id, taxonomy)

For authors of posts, we need a query posts step to grab the posts, passing the user variable to the authors filter in the query posts step.
