So I just moved this to the
readthedocsrepo, because I am going to publicize this tool again quite a bit in a month or two, (after I fix my false-negatives and positives PR and do an SSRF evaluation, and add a boatload of endless documentation.) And want to explain all the folders in depth, this seems like it's only good for historical purposes for ourpast evaluationspage.
