added tags to fontmatter metadata and displaying in a list on BlogCart while checking if prop has values.
simplified interface, refactored to models file for better reusability.

Added tag handling to Astro files and displaying them on index and snippets page. I added defensive handling in BlogCard (if no tags are set, no tags are displayed.
