Unable to set the Region successfully on the XBee LR module

When the LoRaWAN region is set on the XBee LR module during firmware startup, the module then fails to connect. 

This occurs when any region is set. 

For now (Version 1.0 of the firmware) the default region is being used. Digi is investigating the issue on their end.
